I know… we’ve all been there…or maybe we still are
HOW THW H*** ARE YOU GOING TO KEEP GOING ON THIS HEALTH JOURNEY
HOW DO YOU MAINTAIN “MOTIVATION”?
Believe it or not, it’s really hard for a woman to accomplish “fitness goals”
Here are some tips to help you keep going and continue this effort. I don’t want to see you fail like most people do!
Make it fun!
We all know, women get bored really easily. We usually stay motivated for 1-2 weeks and then things start to get a little bit weird. SOLUTION: Find a kind of exercise that you enjoy or FIND A FITNESS BUDDY. Personally I did the second one and the difference is huge. The fact that I have someone to really push me to do my best is amazing!
Stop finding “girly” excuses
Ok. I get it. Period sucks. But wait a minute. How do women-champions train? They also have period right? Put together a “Fitness Plan” which is made to fit your period days, so you don’t spend a lot of days without exercising.
Results come faster when you are a man
It’s the truth. Whether you like it or not. From a physical point of view, men are made in a way, which helps them to build muscle faster. That’s why your ex became a supermodel and you didn’t ❤
If you don’t have a true reason why you work out, then stop!
Short and Simple 😉
Stop using the scale (every single day)
As women, we retain much more water than men do. This means that the number on the scale fluctuates more often that it should. So by weighing yourself every day, the only thing you really do is decreasing your motivation.
SHOW SOME RESPECT TO YOURSELF
The fact that you are going back and forth on your health journey, means that you don’t love yourself. It’s something so cliché and I keep saying it again and again, but it’s the truth. It’s not about having the perfect butt or perfect abs,
Be confident and do what you love
