Hot weather and lots of trips, means no time for cooking. Don’t worry I’m here for you. I spent many summers searching for a recipe that is light and satisfying at the same time. This summer I think I found one ❤
IT’S THE LAZY SANDWICH SUMMER RECIPE AND IT’S HERE TO STAY !
It will only take you 20 minutes to make it and in my opinion, the result is totally worth it.
1. Put your veggies in a mixer or cut them into really small pieces. This way it will be easier to put them into and also eat the sandwich.
2.After having them chopped and mixed, add the juice of half a lemon and mix again.
3.Put your salad aside and take your beans. Using a fork, mash them and then add the garlic powder and oregano for taste.
4.Before you start making your sandwich, it would be better to put the bread into the oven for about 5 minutes.
5.It’s time to build your sandwich. Take the first slice of your whole wheat bread and spread the cottage cheese. Then add the lettuce and the salad mixture. Lastly add the beans.
